Commercial Photography Permits

A permit is required prior to any commercial photography in Oregon Ridge Park. Any photographic images or video captured/recorded on county park property and sold for profit, commercial gain, or in return for any form of compensation, constitutes a “Commercial Enterprise”. Anyone taking photos of nature for personal enjoyment does not require a permit. Anyone setting up a photo shoot where there is no form of compensation is encouraged to review the rules via the application and let the Nature Center staff know of your plans as all rules and guidelines will apply.

A minimum of a 7-day turnaround is required for all permits. There is no charge for a Photography Permit. This lead time allows us to notify you about what is going on in the park, what our photographer guidelines are, and what areas are available for your use. A certificate of insurance is required along with your permit application.
